With hylatopic being the only cream that ever helped with my skin, it was very scary to see that it was being discontinued. So after having heard of dashtopic I had to give it a try, and I’m so happy I did! The OTC version is not the exact same, but it is very very close, and it has been just as amazing for my skin in the past 4+ months that I have been using it. Thank you once again to everyone who worked to make this available again, you are appreciated!
Stings on my sensitive face. Stopped using.

Hi Teresa,
We will appreciate very much if you can provide any suggestion to help us improve our products.
Thanks again for choosing AIM Medical's product.
I really like the cream very much and want to order more. It is expensive for the amount. I so wish we could have 150 ml pump and more affordable price. All that said, I am grateful to have the cream as it really does help my skin heal
Hi Jetta,
Thank you for the message. The entire AIM Medical team feels proud with being able to help our patients. Per your suggestion, we are developing 250g bottle w/ pump head for Dash Topic Lite Cream. It will pass the test, inspection, and registration in 2-3 months. By then we will be able to see significant unit price drop. Thanks again for choosing AIM Medical's products.
We are a dermotology clinic serving hundreds atopic dermatitis patients. We used to prescribe Hylatopic Plus to our patient for their light to medium eczema symptoms. It worked but was very expensive, $300+ for a 100g tube. And eventually got discontinued. In the conference of AAD 2024, we met AIM Medical representatives and were kindly offered several Dash Topic samples. The test results were even better than Hylatopic Plus cream. We, as physicians, appreciate the companies like AIM Medical who are striving to help the patients. Good job, AIM!
Thank you, Silderm!
